Goldee’s mission is to connect communities through service.
You acknowledge and agree Goldee is a private site owned and operated by Goldee, LLC. If you are accessing or using Goldee on behalf of a business or organization, that business or organization agrees to the TOU. If you do not agree to the TOU, you are not authorized to use Goldee. We may modify the TOU at any time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for periodically checking for changes and are bound by them if you continue to use Goldee.
All transactions are between the parties using Goldee
All disputes regarding transactions are between the parties to the transaction; Goldee is not involved in any way. Caveat recipiēns (Recipient beware). Goods, services and content provided through Goldee are not guaranteed or warranted and you should always use caution and common sense when entering into a transaction and inspect each user before you interact with them.
If you agree to the TOU and you are of sufficient age and capacity to use Goldee and be bound by the TOU, or use Goldee on behalf of a business/organization, thereby binding that business/organization to the TOU, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable revocable license to use Goldee in compliance with the TOU. Unlicensed use is obviously unauthorized. You also agree not to make derivative works, display, "frame," distribute, license, or sell, content from Goldee (excluding postings you create). You grant us a perpetual license to display/distribute the content that you post.
Unless licensed by us in a written agreement, you agree not to use or provide software (except general purpose web browsers and email clients) or services that interact or interoperate with Goldee, e.g. for downloading, uploading, creating/accessing/using an account, posting, flagging, emailing, searching, or mobile use. This means you agree not to copy/collect Goldee content via scrapers, scripts, crawlers, etc. (or even by hand or manually).
